Jan. 22

Well, it has been a few days since I have blogged.  I am down 6 pounds and feeling pretty good.  On Friday I had lost nothing for the week and ate a few more carbs than normal and then the next morning I started back down again on the scale.  I feel pretty good and as long as I pack my lunch at night, I am staying on course! ;0)

Jan. 9

Well I was down another 2 pounds this morning.  I was very surprised at that!  (total: 4 pounds) It was day one of on program at work.  I took tuna, celery and jello for lunch and did pretty good.  I had a cheese snack at 2:30.  I am pretty proud of myself for making it through the day without grabbing one piece of candy.  I did push the water.  So today was a success.  I hope to be surprised on the scale in the morning, but if I stay steady that will be great!

Jan. 8

Made it through day 2.  At weigh in this morning, I was down 2 pounds!  I know it is only water weight, but it still felt good!  I have my lunch made for tomorrow.  I am a bit worried about tomorrow.  I have a teacher meeting after school and I won't be home until 6:30.  That is late for no snacking.  I think I will take some celery or some cheese to have a snack about 3:00 and I will push the water!  It is day 3, I am not going to blow this!!!!

Jan. 7

Well, I started the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet today.  I have done this in the past and lost my original 60 pounds  probably 10 years ago.  I have yo-yoed up and down since.  I have been having trouble sleeping and just don't feel good so, something has to be done.  I am going to try and use this as my journal.  Hopefully the fact that someone could be reading this will keep me motivated.  In the end, I would like to loose 20 pounds.  I am not looking to chase a number, I am looking forward to wearing all the clothes I have in my closet! LOL  Lord knows I can't afford to buy more.
I did really well today.  I stuck to the plan and I am actually stuffed.  I had 2 complimentary meals and a reward meal.  No snacks.
This I am doing for myself, I deserve to feel better!!!!
