Jan. 22

Well, it has been a few days since I have blogged.  I am down 6 pounds and feeling pretty good.  On Friday I had lost nothing for the week and ate a few more carbs than normal and then the next morning I started back down again on the scale.  I feel pretty good and as long as I pack my lunch at night, I am staying on course! ;0)
