Well I was down another 2 pounds this morning. I was very surprised at that! (total: 4 pounds) It was day one of on program at work. I took tuna, celery and jello for lunch and did pretty good. I had a cheese snack at 2:30. I am pretty proud of myself for making it through the day without grabbing one piece of candy. I did push the water. So today was a success. I hope to be surprised on the scale in the morning, but if I stay steady that will be great!
